In this tournament, the Bears debuted its 2016-17 season quite successfully.  In a field of 7 teams, the Bears faced #1 ranked in MD Mount Saint Joes and #2 ranked in VA privates Benedictine.  Many of our rookies gained invaluable experience on the mat with tough opponents.  At the end of the day, we had 5 place winners.

Per FB, add another Bear’17 to the roster of future college student/athletes as Will Oliver commits to play lacrosse for the Division III perennial power Washington College Shoremen.

As with this Sunday Edition, during each season BearSportsNews tracks these alumni as they play in college, club sports and professional competition. Great way for young alumni to keep track of their Bear brothers.
